The West Bengal BJP on Thursday held a protest outside Parliament in New Delhi, demanding that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee steps down over ‘job scams’ in the state. BJP State President Sukant Majumdar, who led the protest, said Mamata should take responsibility for teachers not getting jobs because of the ‘scam.’ The Bengal unit of the BJP alleged Mamata and her nephew Abhishek Banerjee were directly involved in the cash for jobs case.
