Russia on March 16 proposed to hold the first Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Games in the country. The initiative was put forward by Russian Minister of Sports Oleg Matytsin in Delhi at the Meeting of Heads of Ministries in charge of the development of physical education and sports in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States.
