Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has moved the Delhi High Court against the CBI summons asking him to appear in front of the agency in the capital. Tejashwi Yadav has moved court saying he should be questioned in Patna and not Delhi. Earlier, Yadav had told the investigating agency that he could not appear before it as his wife was unwell. The CBI is probing the Yadav family in the land for jobs scam in which it is alleged that the family took possession of land from people who were given group D jobs in Railways when Lalu Yadav was the Railways Minister.
